Information we collect

The act of sending a customer support request will include personal information such as your name and email unless you intentionally anonymise it, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. In addition, your activity (buttons pressed, pages visited, errors encountered) within the app or service may be attached in the form of diagnostic logs via email. If you see no indication of logs attached, then no such information is attached and sent. These diagnostic logs may contain minor amounts of personal information, but you can always omit it from your submissions.

Note that sending a support email with diagnostic logs links your user activity with the email and name you provide. This linkage won’t be shared to third-parties, and will only be used for the purposes of customer support and improvement of apps/services. If you don’t remove these logs, the act of sending the email with attached logs constitutes your consent of this linkage.

Information we (do not) collect

We have built this site and the App so that we do not collect any data from visitors for any purpose. Our only interests are informing you about our company enabling you to contact us, and maintaining the security of the website, therefore:

* we do not set any cookies at all on this site or the App on your own device

* we do not collect any data whatsoever about people who visit our site, unless you contact us first

* we do not conduct any analysis of how people use our site or the App

* we do not allow third-party tracking of any kind on this site or the App

How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.

However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, or statistical purposes.

We don’t disclose or sell your contact information
